    Subject: Application to Freeze the current semester (Spiring-2019) at DIU.

    Respected Sir,

    With due respect, I am Md. Abdul Aziz, Student of Department of Computer Science and
    Engineering (CSE), DIU bearing student ID: 163-15-8396. Recently we have received the One
    semester student Exchange opportunity at Istanbul Kültür University, Istanbul, Turkey to
    complete few courses in the Spring 2019 Semester with the cooperation of International Affairs,
    DIU. The period of the Spring Semester is from January to June 2019. Now, under the
    OUTBOUND EXCHANGE PROGRAM policy (clause 2.5) we need to freeze our current semester at
    DIU and forward our current registration for next semester Summer-2019. I have attached our
    invitation letter and other relevant documents for your information.

    I therefore Pray and Hope that you would be enough kind of accept our application and oblige
    thereby.
