TARRAGON CORN CHOWDER RECIPE Steps:
Ingredients : 1. Grill the corn directly and heat for about 10-15 minutes
 4 ears corn 2. Boil 6 cups of water, add bay leaves and corn cobs to
 3 spoon of butter make corn broth
 1 cup chopped onion 3. Heat a pan, then add butter, chooped onion, garlic.
 1 cup chopped fennel bulb 4. Fry about 5 minutes
 2 garlic 5. Add water and boil down to half.
 3 bay leaves 6. Add potatoes and corn broth
 4 small potatoes 7. Stir well and add salt to taste
 Salt 8. Simmer gently until the potatoes are tender
 1-2 spoon of chopped tarragon 9. Last, add tarragon into the pan
