DISH WASHING LIQUID FORMULATION

MATERIALS

1. SODIUM LAURYL ETHYL SULPHATE (SLES) / TEXAPON - 7.5 KGS

2. LINEAR ALKYL BENZENE SULPHONIC ACID (LABSA) - 4.8 KGS

3. CAUSTIC PEARLS - 0.938 KGS

4. LUTENSOL XP60 (surfactant) - 0.5 KGS

5. INDUSTRIAL SALT - 1.625 KGS

6. PERFUME (optional) LEMON - 0.2 KGS

7. DEHYTON PK45 (degreaser) - 1 KG

8. WATER - 83.44 KGS

PROCEDURE

1. Measure all materials properly.

2. Mix SLES in water gradually until it dissolves; must be gradual to normal speed only & into one
direction only to avoid too much foaming during production. When SLES has been dissolved,
color may be added.

3. Place the caustic pearls in a separate bucket and dissolve them in water. Stir until it dissolves.

4. Add LABSA to the dissolved SLES and mix gradually while adding the dissolve caustic solution
from procedure no 3 above.

5. Add Lutensol xp60, Dehyton pk 45 and Perfume. Mix until the solution is homogenous.
6. Dissolve industrial salt in a separate container and gradually add to the solution while mixing to
achieve proper thickness.

7. Let the solution stand for a couple of minutes and package into your desired bottles and
containers.
