tributed to a very successful theme.
Preference was a very emotional day
like always. As we expressed the Mystic
Bond through poems, songs, and stories,
the potential new members got to experi-
ence what it would be like to be a mem-
ber of the Epsilon Zeta chapter.
On Bid Day we gathered on South
Lawn to greet our new members. We
made our way back to the house for
lunch, dancing, craft stations and pic-
tures.
Thank you to all the alumnae women
who helped make recruitment this year
such a success! It was greatly appreci-
ated.

1 Updating information with National Headquarters is vital for the connec-
tion between Alumnae members of Sigma Kappa and the collegiate chap-
ter. Each semester the VPAR receives a mailable membership listing for
their chapter. This list is very useful for sending out newsletters, invitations
and more. Having your current information filed with NHQ ensures you will
be kept up to date with chapter news.

The Sigma Kappa National Website has been recreated and now con-
tains new visual standards. Updating your information can be done easily
by going to http://www.sigmakappa.org/ and claiming you account.

Founders’ Day
The Epsilon Zeta Chapter is very fortu-
nate to be planning the Kentucky statewide
Founders’ Day celebration.
The celebration will be held November
13, from 12pm-3pm at the Carol Knicely
Center in Bowling Green, KY.
The members of Alpha Chi, Alpha Theta,
Gamma Pi, and alumnae members of SOKY,
Greater Louisville, and Bluegrass will all be
in attendance.
Sigma Kappa members will be honoring
the five Founders in a special ceremony.
Members will also be participating in a t-
shirt exchange, round table discussions,
cheer workshops, and listening to Sigma
Kappa stories from around the state.
