Components
Battery Discharge Indicator
The battery discharge indicator con-
sists of 4 green and 1 red LED.
When the battery is fully charged,
all 4 green LEDs are illuminated. As
the battery gradually discharges the
far right LED goes out first, followed
by the second from right and so on.

When the red LED starts to flash

the battery must be charged.

The spanner symbol and the “AL 66”

alarm code are simultaneously dis- red LED
played.

As the battery charge level continues to fall, the maximum travel and lift speeds
are accordingly reduced by the truck’s control system until travelling and lifting
are fully inhibited.

Hour Meter
The hour meter indicates the truck’s service hours: the time during which the
travel and/or lift functions are activated. The “Hour Glass” symbol flashes when
the hour meter is active. The hour meter has a 5-digit display to indicate the
number of full hours completed.

NOTE
When replacing the indicator make sure that the exist-
ing service hour reading is transferred to the new in-
strument.
