SYNOPSIS

TITLE: A Study of Front Office Department in Detail

AIM: To learn Basic Terms of Front Office Department in hotel

OBJECTIVE:

• To examine the frequency of street food consumption of people living in


countries.

• The role of street food in their daily diet and to reveal why people cunsume
street food rather home prepared food.

SCOPE OF STUDY:
• Eating street food can have some negative aspects such as a lack of
cleanliness, but that applies only to some sellers as a street food. It’s often
unsafe to eat on the streets.

TYPE OF STUDY :
• Research ,Observation and Survey .

DATA:

Primary data : will be collected by using interview method and observation


method.

Secondary data : Reference for project is taken from various books.

SAMPLING TECHNIQUE :

• Name of food : Veg grilled sandwich.

• Condition of food : broken package,unfresh ingredients and unhygienic.


DATA ANALYSIS :
Street food out of home food consumption and has old historical roots
with complex social economic and cultural implications despite the
emergency of modern has food raditional street food persists world wide
but the reletion of street food consumption with overall health well being
and obesity is unknowns.

EXPECTED OUTCOME :
• Street food in developing countries through the provision of ready made
meals at related inexpensive prices and employment for teeming rural and
urban populace along its value chain. however due to informal nature of
the enterprise the activities of the practitioners are not regulate.

CONCLUSIONS :
• It’s not made by hygienic way and poor digestion .

• Street food is very costly then home made food.

• Street food is not to be eaten daily.

LIMITATIONS :
• Almost all the street food have their main ingredient as maids .it has a high
glycemic index so it spikes your blood sugar and risk of diabetes and heart
disease.

• Street food are deep fried at high temperature make it go past their smoking
point which contributing to risk of cancer.

• Unhealthy food because the ingredients include sodium trans fats.
