A course providing clear, concise, and practical information about how the body
moves in order to make music. This course presents an innovative and specific
technique called Body Mapping to enhance musicians' abilities to play comfortably
and without tension.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own lunch for the 1 hour lunch break.
During that time, we will also hold a Manassas Festival meeting for those involved
in NFMC Federation Festival.
