Selection Criteria:
• Qualification: BE (Civil) / Master in Project Construction Management

• Experience: Minimum 20 years experience in infrastructure / Roads /
Bridges projects / Flyovers

 Employment against all the above mentioned positions will initially be

carried out on contract basis (further extendable subject to performance)
with 3 months probation period.
 NLC offers reasonable salary at NLC-BPS/NLC-SPS (Equivalent to BPS)
which shall further be negotiable based on the qualifications and
experience of the individuals along with attractive package of fringe
benefits.
 Only shortlisted individuals will be called for an interview for which No TA /
DA is admissible.
 Age limit up to 55 years.
 NLC has the right to withdraw / amend the recruitment process at any
