(c) Name the geometric representation techniques.
(d) Write general data structure for boundary modeling.
(e) Name the major components in CNC machine tools.
(f) Write the format of a CNC programming block.
(g) Define the Group Technology.
(h) How do you specify the quality of a product?
(i) What is meant by sustainable manufacturing?
(j) Specify inputs and outputs for MRP-I.

PART – B
(Answer all five units, 5 X 10 = 50 Marks)
UNIT – I
2 With schematic diagram, explain various components in product cycle.
OR
3 Calculate the coordinates of a geometrical shape as given in figure.1, after translating from P1 (0, 0) to
P2 (120,100) with respect to its bottom left corner and rotating to 30o about P2. Draw these
transformations on a graph sheet and compare with calculated coordinates.
