Lesson learned:

determining the next steps. So from that make a CV that is as attractive as possible and solid for useful
information to the company.

We need to be more imaginative but still rational, in projecting our hopes and dreams in the future need to
be imaginative but that must be logically capable so that HR can assess our commitment and integration
going forward with the company.

Research, before we go to the interview we need to do research first, both about the company's structure,
the value and mission of the company, the corporate culture, and its competitors and of course
compensation that applies in the market. In order for us to get references and capital in conducting
interviews, we are also able to negotiate with HR to get a win-win solution.
