DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

DIOMEDES A. ESPANTO, of legal age, married to Remely R. Espanto , Filipino


citizen, and a resident of Purok 1, Nagbukel, San Isidro, Isabela, hereinafter referred to
as the VENDOR

-AND-

DANNY B. ESTABILLO, of legal age, married to Josephine R. Estabillo, Filipino


citizen and a resident of Recto Avenue, Purok 4, Rosario, Santiago City hereinafter
referred to as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land located at


Nagbukel, San Isidro, Isabela and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)
Nos. T-338290 and T-338291 and more particularly described as follows:

), situated in the Barrio of Nagbukel, Mun. of San Isidro, Prov. Of Isabela,
Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE, pts. 2-3 by Lot 20259-G; on the SE.,
pts. 3-4 by Lot 20259-F; on the SW., points 4-1 by Lot 20259-D, all of the
subd. Plan and on the NW., pts 1-2 by Lot 8044, Cad-210, Echague
Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S.9-54’W.,
744.18m. from MBM No. 5, Cad-210, Echague Cadastre, thence - - - - -

WHEREAS, the VENDOR has offered to sell and the VENDEE has agreed to
buy the above-mentioned property for the amount of NINETY THOUSAND PESOS
(P90,000.00) Philippine Currency;

WHEREAS, the VENDEE undertakes to shoulder expenses for titling, including


the payments of taxes which may arise by reason of this transfer.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of NINETY THOUSAND


PESOS (P90,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the VENDEE to the VENDOR,
the VENDOR do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale
unto the said VENDEE, his heirs and assigns, the certain parcel of land together with all
the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever
nature including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.
