The student independently creates a digital tool and corresponding manual, giving the
organization insight into their performance and the ability to commit interventions.
Indicator:
1. The student places issues related to performance management in a broader
theoretical framework and analyses the relationships between the various
knowledge areas.
I. The student demonstrates the function and operation of the performance
measurement framework “the balanced scorecard”;
II. The student demonstrates how to measure and manage customer
relationships;
III. The student demonstrates how to measure and manage internal business
process performance;
IV. The student demonstrates how to measure and manage learning and
innovation performance;
V. The student demonstrates how to measure and manage financial
performance;
2. The student demonstrates how management accounting information supports
decision making in an organization;
o The student makes decisions based on results and analysis of the purchasing
department;

o The student makes decisions based on the results and analysis of the supply
chain department;
3. The student analyses financial information of a department store in order to
calculate the capacity, revenues and profitability. The student presents the
outcomes of the analysis in an Excel sheet;
