Plant Visit Reaction Paper

On February 26, 2019, Electronics Engineering Batch 2019 held a Plant Visit
in some areas of Subic. The student was asked to gather in the school at 3:30 in the
morning. The buses left the school at 4:00 as instructed. The first stop was at PAGASA,
then followed by BBS. The students took their lunch in an eat-all-you-can buffet resto at
somewhere in Olongapo before they went to CAAP. The last stop was at Jest Camp,
where ECE team building was held.
Having been to Subic several times, this trip actually made me surprise that
there are many Electronics Engineers who work in there. At first, I thought it was hard to
live in Subic despite the size of the place, but the engineers we have met proved me
wrong. The way they discussed us their different assignments and jobs as an engineer in
their company, they showed us that you’ll disregard the hindrances if you really love your
work. Meanwhile, while having fun, the team building taught us how to trust on each
other’s capabilities and that one word, “TEAMWORK”. I didn’t just enjoy the trip, I felt glad
that it left us many realizations and lessons that we’d possibly bring with us in order to
achieve a brighter future.
