DECK DEPARTMENT
Responsible for ship navigation, cargo maintenance and loading and unloading at the port. The Deck
Department is also responsible for ship maintenance, ship operations, shipping operations, and all legal
matters and permits for ship travel.

Steward’s department
According to the Cambridge Dictionary, a steward is a person whose job is to provide services to certain
people, organize certain events, or take care of certain places. Usually, stewards work in hotels,
restaurants, cruise ships, lounges or bars. Therefore, stewards are also called stewards or stewards.
