Can I drive your car?– permission

I can speak English very well. – hability

I think he can appear anytime . – possibility

Could

I could ride a bike when I was a child. – hability in the past

Could I use your bathroom? – permission

May (Used to express what is possible, factual, or could be factual).

Hm… The sky is dark. It may rain tomorrow. – possibility in the present or future

May I smoke here?– permission

Might (Used to express what is hypothetical, counterfactual, or remotely possible).

I might go to Japan next year if I save money.– possibility

Must
You must study more. – obligation

He must know something. – probability

Should and Ought to

You should go to the doctor.– advice (informal)

You ought to quit smoking.– advice (formal)
