Temenos Learning Community Certification

The primary purpose of the TLC is to provide online training and examinations in the Temenos Product
Families and to recognize those who attain the different levels of membership.

Membership must be current and in good standing for the member to benefit from Temenos Learning
Community certification. Temenos Learning Community provides certification through an online
badging program and will only recognize those who are members of the Temenos Learning Community.
Members who do not renew their annual subscription will no longer be seen as members and any
badges provided during their membership will not be validated.

Badges will be available before the end of 2017. Until they become available, information on individual
certification is available on each member’s profile page. Please refer to the Learning Pathways section
under the ‘Training Tab’ for information on available badges.

Should a member rejoin the TLC after having their membership lapse, they will rejoin at the Member
entry level with zero credits.

150 Credits will need to be earned to move to the next level of membership. Credits
CREDITS can be earned by taking Exams through the TLC. Credits are valid for 2 years.
