To undertake

COOPERATION IN THE EXECUTION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF HOTEL

MANPOWER

1. Cahaya Utara Sdn Bhd (Cititel Penang), in Malaysia will provide the appropiate
training facilities to meet the objectives of the attachment. To provide practical
hands- on experience for the students.

2. Period of attachrnent for each supervised field training is six {6} months.

3. Abdi Bangsa lnstitute will provide the students to various Food and Beverage,
Xitchen, Housekeeping, and Front Office departments.

4. Cahaya Utara Sdn Bhd (Cititel Penang) in Malaysia will issue Certificate of
Completion to students who have succesfully completed the supervised field
training.

5. Project date of commencements is from June 2017.

6. Cahaya Utara Sdn Bhd (Cititel Penang) in Malaysia will pay practical work allowance
of RM450.00 per month to each student.

7. Cahaya Utara Sdn Bhd (Cititel Penang) in Malaysia is responsible to provide the
following to the students:
a. Accomodation on sharing basis.
b. Th ree (3) meals (breakfast, lunch, d inner) per day inclusive off days at the Hotel's
Associates Dining Ha ll.
c. Free medical consultation at appointed company doctor to a maximum of RM
200.00 per student throughout the field training.
