WHEREAS Premiera Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, at

232, Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Chow Kit,
50100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Premiera Hotel is a
hospitality services company in Malaysia; and

WHEREAS Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan

Budi Daya Binjai, (here in after referred to as “
STKIP Budi Daya Binjai”) of Jalan Gaharu
Nomor 147, Binjai, North Sumatera, Indonesia
is an institution of higher education under the
Ministry of Education and Cultur, Research &
Technology, and Higher Education
(Mendikbudristek), and shall include its lawful

 respresentatives and permitted assigns;

WHEREAS Premiera Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and

UISU (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Parties’)
recognise that collaborative efforts will be of
mutual benefit and will contribute towards an
institutional linkage for education co-operation
and assistance.

NOW, Premiera Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and STKIP

THEREFORE Budi Daya Binjai agree to continue discussions
as opportunities arise to ascertain the extent to
which cooperative activities could be
implemented in the future.

The Parties agree to mutually look into the following areas of

cooperation:
1. Partnership Cooperation In The Form Of Industrial Study Visit
Activities
2. Collaborative Research
3. International Community Services
4. Speakers
5. Certified Apprenticeship
6. Executive & Professional Development Program Management
Collaboration
7. Organizing Joint Conferences And Forums
8. Develop And Implement Effective Strategies To Promote Student
Mobility
9. Collaboration In Staff Development Programs
10. Other areas of mutual interest in educational projects

This Memorandum of Understanding shall commence on the date of

signing and operate for an initial period of three years.

This Memorandum of Understanding shall not serve as a legally

binding agreement. This understanding is not to be construed as a
partnership or any form of master-agent relationship. It is merely to
forge good relationship and understanding between the parties hereto.

The PARTIES and their representatives should not during their

association, use or divulge, directly or indirectly any trade secrets or
confidential information which may have come to their knowledge,
whether or not by accident or by mistake without the express
permission of the other party.

The details of any specific joint activities arising as a result of further

discussions pursuant to this Memorandum of Understanding will be
set forth in an Agreement, the terms of which are to be agreed upon

by the parties hereto and to be signed at the relevant time by the
respective parties.

Premiera Hotel, and STKIP Budi Daya Binjai of Learning are

entering into this Memorandum of Agreement on in Premiera Hotel,
Kuala Lumpur.
