and your location.
Opportunities and threats are external—things that are going on outside your company, in the
larger market. You can take advantage of opportunities and protect against threats, but you can’t
change them. Examples include competitors, prices of raw materials, and customer shopping

Becoming a corporate ambassador means that a person is automatically a marketing

Marketing. He only needs to understand the market and a brief idea of his role to play.
He will then just
undergo some training to improve his skills. Know their previous experience in marketing a
product. Ask questions during the interview and you will have an idea on how much time
is needed for training the person.
Tools – briefly introduce the use of company marketing tools to your brand persona. Show
him what he needs to properly market the brand, be it apparels, caps, tumblers, social
media etc. He must be familiar with everything he is using to properly carry your brand
wherever he goes.

Literature Reviews

By analysis 1-month internship on Corporate Ambassador, I analysis on the customers of our

company. Our customers are mostly different Schools,Colleges and university students, who are
participates on our events like tiger programs. Before finding customers (Participants), I collected
all data related previous year events program and their participants. Then I and my team members
learn all about that and planned for increasing participants for both events. So, we gained some
knowledge about some marketing processes of attracting customers.
Finally, we decided to apply this process on customers. Firstly, we apply this process through
social media post and stories to attracting customer. Secondly, we apply collect data of students
from our own areas of Schools and Institutes. Then we apply IM, phone call and whatsapp
messages. Finally, we reached our targets due to proper team work.

18
Conclusion
In order to complete my Summer Internship Program (SIP), I completely gain knowledge
about both online work and offline work to satisfying customers and making good
relationship with company. This is includes, to analysis all aspects of customers and take
steps according to this. This is includes, but not limited to Email, What’s app message,
Social media post and stories and IM etc. As each mode of communication becomes more
prevalent in individuals’ lives, and that help us to improve online communication with
customers.

 I learn about mindset of school and college students and their parents
regarding new virtual events during COVID situation.

 I learn about different mindset of people for getting information

about an event in social media platform.
 I learn about how to achieve our target in better way.

If we make importance on the above things, we achieve very good things from internship and
eligible for a better job in better carrier.
