of high schools and their inclination to the European or the American model.

3.1 The international flavour which is missing in comparable institutions in

Malawi must be prioritized. It must manifest itself in the following
areas: type of teachers, culture of the school so that graduates produced
must be global citizens to fit any international university or tertiary
education centre.

3.2 The enrolment of students must be critically analysed to ensure that it

represented the desired international flavour being sought for. Therefore a
minimum of 150 students for a tuition fees of MK1,200,000.00/student to
a maximum of 300 student for a tuition fees of MK 650,000.00/student
was proposed pending further investigation.

3.3 The operationalization of the international school must tread carefully in

safeguarding the conservative national culture. This will enable the
institution to gain good will of parents, and other stakeholder because
some matters such as those of transgender issues can lead parents
who are the strategic customers in this business to withdraw their wards from
school.

will be the responsibility of the Madalitso Mukiwa and Mpho Moloko being that
they hold the capability in the field. This includes advice on the physical
