The film is about a king and a queen, who had a daughter. When having it, a witch took it to a tower

where it was only acceded by a very high window, with the help of Rapunzel's hair. The witch named

Gother named the girl named Rapunzel. The princess believed that Gother was her mother, having

been raised with her since she was a baby. She could not get out of the tower and to scare her, the

witch told her that the outside world was dangerous, since she had to protect her magic hair.

On Rapunzel's birthday, all the villagers in the village lit lanterns and threw them into the air in honor

of her, the lost princess. Rapunzel told Gother that he wanted a present of shell paintings and she

went for the paintings. After the evil woman left, a thief named Flynn came in through the window and

Rapunzel got scared, she hit him with a frying pan on his head. After a few hours, she woke up and

she proposed a pact, which consisted of him taking her to see the famous lanterns that coincided

with his birthday. After convincing the thief they escaped from the tower, on the way through the forest

to the castle, they fell in love, the guards were looking for Flynn, and Gother to see that Rapunzel

was not in the tower, went to look for her. In the end Rapunzel discovered that Gother was not his

mother, but that she was the queen. Gother wanted to lock Rapunzel again, but Flynn cut his hair

and it turned brown so it was no longer magical. Flynn and Rapunzel lived in the kingdom with her

parents, the Kings.
