YOU CAN'T MANAGE WHAT YOU DON'T MEASURE


Part 1: Introduction and Benchmarking Background
Benchmarking seeks to identify "best practices" to apply in measuring and

improving energy performance. Review the City of San Diego's energy

benchmarking ordinance, California's AB 802 requirements, and how to

comply in your own facilities. Featuring portfolio approaches from Balboa

Park and Commercial Real Estate experts.

Part 2: Benchmarking Jam


During this breakout session, participants will utilize energy bills and data

from their own buildings to begin the benchmarking process. Utilize the

SDGBC, the Center for Sustainable Energy, and local Commercial Real

Estate experts to guide you.

Presented by: Representatives of the City of San Diego, the San


Diego Green Building Council, the Center for Sustainable Energy, and

Healthy Buildings.
