• Assisted counselors in leading team of 20 high school juniors in daily set up and clean up of
all camp meals for over 250 campers and staff
• Worked with a team to delegate and prioritize duties for daily events and theme nights
• Managed campus-wide trash and recycle initiative
• Established counselor relationships with campers as positive role model
• Worked 60 hours per week and received service hours for work crew
• Invited and encouraged by camp directors, counselors and campers to return the following
year as a camp counselor

with the service timer ticking above us during shifts
