Research Methodology

Primary Data:
To support for fulfilling the objective he primary
data was collected through questionnaire method, discussion
with companies departmental authorities, while collecting the
information through questionnaire method the various closed
ended questions were asked staff.
Discussion is done with senior staffing consultant HR and
staffing consultant on various issues of Stress management
practices.
Secondary Data:
The secondary data is collected through internet, Office
documents, library as well as magazines
Sampling :
For this study researcher selected Random sampling method. In
this technique every item or unit of the domain has equal
opportunity for the selection and personnel bias or direction of
th investigator no way influence in these selections.
No item is selected on the account of like or dislike of the
investigator and selection is left entirely to chance. This
provides every item fair and equal opportunity for selection.
Sampling size- 100 employees.
Objectives

a) To provide stress management education and


awareness.
b) To increase use of healthy, proactive stress
management.
c) Describe how stress impact on workplace performance
d) To study the factors causing the stress among the
employees.
e) To find out the remedial measure to overcome from the
stress.

Scope

The scope of these would be identify the stress of each


and different level of the employee. To understand the
face in area how much they are mentally fit to face these
kind of stress.
Limitation

1. One of the most important limitation of time period.


2. Another one limitation was no co-operative nature of the
peoples to give information and interview.
3. The employees were not willing to tell disclose their view
openly
4. Sampling for study taken 100 employees. This can act
constraint in the study.
