STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This Statement: A worker who has a positive attitude about their


work will perform better and advance in their field. Attitude and
job satisfaction are tightly related.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

1. To find out the satisfaction level of the employees of paragon footwear Tiruvannamalai District.

2. To study and analyse the various factors that are affecting the employee’s satisfaction level.

3. To understand the problem of the employees and their working conditions.

4. To study how business can increase value for customers (Retail and Wholesale).
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

1. The way that researchers must perform their research is known as their technique.

2. Here, the researchers establish their issues and goals and then explain the findings from the data
they have collected. A research approach includes particular methods that are used in the research
process to gather, put together, and assess data.

3. It describes the instruments employed in a particular research endeavour to obtain pertinent data.
RESEARCH DESIGN

Research can be generally defined as a systematic method of finding solutions to problems. In common
research refers to a search for knowledge on facts. One can also define research as a scientific and systematic
search for pertinent information on a specific topic. In fact, Research is an art of scientific Investigation.

A Research Design is the place, structure and strategy of investigation conceived so as to obtain answers to
research questions and to control variances. The process used to collect information and data for the purpose of
making decisions.

The methodology may include publication Research, Interviews, Surveys and other research techniques, and could
include both present and historical information.
 Nature of Study: The study is conducted in Analytical nature.

 Nature of Data: Both primary and secondary data are included in this study

 Nature of Population: The nature of population for the study is 50

 Sampling design: A sample design is a definite plan for obtaining a sample from a given population. Simple
Random sampling method used in selected samples.

 Tools for Analysis: Simple statistical tools like tabular analysis and graphical methods are used in this study.

 Size of Sample: 50 employees

 Sample Unit: Employees working in Paragon Footwears, Tiruvannamalai District

 Method of Sampling: Simple Random sampling Method used in this study that did a questionnaire with10
people from each 5-. Paragon Footwears, Tiruvannamalai District
RECOMMENDATIONS

 Company should provide medical insurance to employees.


 Relationships with co-workers can be improved
 The company's training center might need improvement.
 The company's sanitary facilities could be improved.
 The management should offer more flexible hours.
