Descriptive Research: - This Study is conducted using the descriptive research design. Descriptive
research includes many research methodologies and procedures, such as observations, surveys and
facts finding enquires of different kind.

Primary data for this research was collected through structured questionnaire
Secondary Data
Collected the secondary data pertained to the company from company website, books, journals, articles,
company records and corporate websites.
A questionnaire is a research instrument consisting of series of close ended questions and other
prompts for the purpose of gathering information from respondents.
Sampling Plan
Sampling
Sampling design is the way of selecting the sampling in other words as simple, design is a definite
plan determined before any data are actually collected for obtaining a sample from a given
sampling frame. A convenience sample is one of the main types of non-probability sampling
methods. A convenience sample is made up of people who are easy to reach. In this research, the
researcher used conveniences sampling method.

Sample Size
The sample size of a statistical sample is the number of observations that constitute it. It is the act
of choosing the number of observations or replicates to include in a statistical sample. Samples of
100 TCS employees have to be taken for the study.
• Employee’s response may contain some error as they will be busy in work.
• Employee Engagement is a very vast process in any organization. A time span of 45 days
to understand a process is difficult.
• Many employees are not interested to attend this kind of program in a regular basis.
• This research study was based on sample size 100, so the wide study was not undertaken,
which may affect the accuracy of the result.
