    PETITION UNDER SEC . 317 Cr.P.C

    It is submitted that the case is posted today for hearing. The


    petitioner is pre occupied with his professional commitments. Hence
    he is not in a position to appear before this Hon’ble court today.

    It is submitted that the petitioner’s presence is not required before


    this Hon’ble court for the disposal of case today. His absence is
    neither wilful nor wanton. He has no intention of disrespecting this
    Hon’ble court.

    Hence it is prayed that this Hon’ble court may pleased to dispense


    with the presence of accused, allow his counsel to represent and
    render justice.
