RULES AND GUIDELINES

1. The photo contest is open to all amateur and professional photographer region wide
2. All photos must be full color and taken during the Hadang Festival celebration 2018 from
September 1 to September 7, 2018
3. The organizer shall be the one to choose a theme
4. Photos are taken with DLSR or professional camera.
5. Drown cameras will not be allowed.
6. Participant must interpret the theme through their photo.
7. No Registration Fee. Maximum of Three (3) photo entries per participant is allowed.

3 PHOTO SPECIFICATION:
1. Only color photos are accepted
2. Photo size must be in A3 dimension either landscape or portrait.
3. No digital enhancement is allowed. Images that have been insignificantly modified
or appear unnatural will be disqualified
4. Images maybe cropped and rotated as necessary as long as the rectangular format is
maintained and the size is within the specific above.
5. No borders or frames
6. No water marks that will identify the photographer
7. No date printed in the photo, though date taken must be stated in the registration
form
8. No adding or replacing of elements in an image
9. No artistic photo shop and filters
10. Red-eyed removal and spot editing is not allowed
11. You can use only one-step enhancement, such as Auto fix, Quick fix or Auto Levels

8. Entries must originally photograph by the participants.

9. Submission of entries will be on the September 7, 2018.
10. A three (3) days judging period will be allotted for choosing the winners.
11. Winning entries will be recognized and will be exhibited at the gallery.
12. Decision of the board of judges is final.

1st Prize 15,000.00

2nd Prize 10,000.00
3rd Prize 5,000.00
Consolation(7pax) 1,000.00
