    Grant permission file in SVN by following 4 steps: 1) Create a new project in Jira or use an existing one, providing the project key and snapshot roles. 2) Check available groups on the portal 24 hours after creating a SVN ticket with the project key and roles. Request support if the needed group does not exist. 3) If the group exists, check that the user is in the correct group as defined in Jira. Request the user be removed from invalid groups if not present in the needed group. 4) Add the user to the correct group and they can then use SVN normally.

    GUIDELINE QUICK START

    Grant permission file in SVN

    Step 1: User create a new Project or use available Project in Jira

    Step 2: Our system will be updated in 24 hours, after this time, user create Project SVN ticket in Portal

    User provide: Project Key and Snapshot roles in Jira.

    Project Key = ITRND

    Snapshot roles (example):


    Step 3: PM check available group

    Access https://ess.fsoft.com.vn by Fsoft account.

    Show My Groups

    Check available Group: ProjectKey.ProjectRole

    Result 1: If it doesn’t exist, please comment on your ticket to Call Center to be


    supported

    Result 2: If it exist, go to Step 4


    Step 4: PM check user in groups

    Access https://ess.fsoft.com.vn by Fsoft account.

    Show My Groups

    Check user in Group, have to be similar with Jira.

    Result 2.1: If it exist, PM has no action. User use SVN normally after ticket finish.

    Result 2.2: If it doesn’t exist, PM demand user has to remove the invalid group at
    column 1 (Reason: user has no more than 120 group)

    After that, PM add directly user to Group at column 2.

    User use SVN normally.
