amounts allocated and the details of beneficiaries of such
programs.

Under Section 4 (1) b (xii)

The Training fee levied from students in IGRUA is highly subsidized. Though the
actual cost of training works out to be Rs.42 Lacs (approx) per trainee for Ab-initio to
CPL course, whereas an amount of Rs.38.0 Lacs from F/Y 2017-18 ( 1707 batch) is
levied from students, which means an amount of Rs.4.0 lacs (approx) is given as subsidy
to each flying cadet. All trainees of Ab-initio to CPL are the beneficiaries of this subsidy.
