Night Market shall refer to a baratillo or flea market that operates at night.
Seasonal Businesses shall refer to businesses that operates during special season such as, but not
limited to, the selling of Christmas decorations.

18. The contractor/organizer, if any, for the baratillo and flea market shall provide portable toilets
to ensure cleanliness in the area, electrical requirements and other amenities as required by the
vendors.
For the Night Market, the premises shall be cleared of all merchandise after business hours.

GENERAL GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS:. Requirements that need proof of payment

1. The Sangguniang Panlungsod shall designate the area and hours of operation of baratillos, flea

markets, night markets, trade fairs and seasonal businesses in the City through a resolution
upon written application by the organizers except for government events.
2. The events shall not exceed thirty (30) days, except for the Night Market which may be allowed FEE
to operate for ninety (90) days. A new application shall be submitted for extensions.
