Open transports check:

Important point to remember:

Before checking the open transports, we need to check the system has STMS configuration across the
landscape or not.

If it is locally configured (one system), then no need to proceed with the check

How to check:

Go to STMS T-code
Go to system overview:

TMS configured locally in the above screen, we can ignore the check(because the transports will not
reside in the quality system queue)

Else

If it is configured globally , proceed with the below process

1) Go to SE01 t-code
2 )Select all four request types and Filter with “*” in the user .
Select Display and you will get the below screen

If you don’t get anything anything in the display list,we can conclude that there is no open transports in
the system
If you get the transports like below, then this transports are not yet released in the system ,then please
ask CTC to release the transports or check why it is not yet released and impact too.

Note: If the transports has tick mark in the right side of the transport ,then we can consider the
transports are in released state, so it is compliance
