DISABLED PERSONS IN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
SERVICES/JOBS.

In pursuance of the Prime Minister order the Federal Government have issued
instructions vicle Establishment Division's O.M. under reference, regarding reservation of 2%
quota for employment of disable persons to the posts in BPS- 15 and below in Federal
government jobs to be filled by direct recruitment in addition to their participation in the open
merit. It has, however, been observed that some Ministries/Departments are not being yet
providing for the reservation of 2% quota in jobs for disable persons in their advertisements.

In view of the above, it is requested to kindly ensure implementation of this very

important decision of the government.
