CONCERNS RAISED BY STUDENTS:

 PERSONNELS IN CAFETERIA

-“The ‘Ates’ are throwing the money to us when they give our change” (Harry of Grade 11 ABM)
- “The prices are changing-sometimes higher than the original.” (Kimberly of Grade 11 ABM)

 6:00 PM RULE

- “There are still students who stay until 7 PM” (Patrick Grogg of Grade 11 HUMSS)

(Referring to the after-school activities like Basketball)

 PROJECTOR IN ROOM 104

- The projector and sockets are not working properly.

***The issue has been addressed and they are already fixed.

 USING PHONE FROM BUSINESS OFFICE

- Instead of going to the business office, students can ask the HEADMASTERS, the DEPARTMENT
HEADS, SIR JAMES or the SCHOOL NURSE to call their parents/guardians.
***Sir James is using the school phone.
 SPORTSFEST

- According to the Grade 11 students, the rules were changed during the Soccer Games

 COMFORT ROOM

- “The comfort room is always out-of-order.” (Yeju Seo and other girls from Grade 11)

- “Comfort rooms are closed during after school activities, we can’t use them to change our
clothes.” (Patrick Grogg)

 CAMBRIDGE ROOM

- The Cambridge students raised their concern about their classroom. They said that they only
have one room.

- The other room (formerly HR room) is being used as an Art Room by the Grade School pupils.

 SHUTTLE BUS SCHEDULE

- “During Star Review, we can’t ride in the service” (Min Seo of Grade 11)
