for recruiters to perform and excel at their job. Training influence all other stages of the business
from communication to leadership. The ability to encourage team work and sharing of
information can leader to a cross training environment and exchange of knowledge. The
company can drastically improve their performance and reduce levels of stress by focusing on
proper training and leadership guidance. “Your employees can contribute to the success of your
company when they are trained to perform their jobs according to the industry standards” (Amo,
2018).

state of mind if they had the proper training, guidance from management and incentives to
celebrate their performance. The ability to pair season and new recruiters together will result into
a cross training environment, using this strategy will trigger that to other companies which can
help the organization achieve success. The proper training will benefit both the company and the
recruiters, as it will provide them with the right resources and guidance to perform their job. The
