    Dear Mr. Gutierrez,

    I am writing to complain about your new burglar alarm.


    Last week when my daughter was sleeping, the alarm went off and she woke up.
    She started to cry and all my family could not go back to sleep. I understand that the
    alarm had been recently installed and you would have some problems but the next
    days the alarm has gone off again at the same hour.
    My wife is very angry because she has not been sleeping well. She goes to work
    very early. She is going to operate a person and she needs to rest. Also, my baby
    girl should not suffer this situation.
    I know that you set the alarm because you are out of town, but you ought to get the
    alarm fixed. While we wait for the alarm technician, please disconnect it, because I
    am very busy in my job and all my family need to sleep well.
    Please let me know as soon as possible what you intend to do about this matter.
