1. Visiting Hours

9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Saturdays, Sundays and

8:00 AM - 12 Noon
3. Observe courtesy and
discipline at all times.
4. Observe “Absolute Silence”
at all times.
5. “No smoking” policy must
be strictly observed inside
hospital premises E.O. 147.
6. Children below 10 years
old are not allowed inside
hospital premises.
7. No patient/watcher is
allowed to carry patient’s
chart.
8. One watcher per patient or
if the condition desires
otherwise.
9. Spitting on floors or
windows is prohibited.
 10. No hanging at windows
and crib as well as hammocks
during daytime.
 11. No radio cassettes or
electric stoves except electric
fan inside hospital ward.
 12. No washing of kitchen
utensils in the ward or ER
lavatory except in designated
areas.
 13. Washing/hanging of
clothes are not allowed in the
C.R. except in designated
areas.
14. Firewood is not allowed
inside the hospital except in
designated areas.
15. “Milk code policy” must be
strictly followed.
 16. NO Loitering around
inside the hospital premises.
