Report
The alarm equation is simple as it’s only active when the two sensors are active.
For the first conveyor and the laser the equations are based in an EOR condition, taking into account that the
process is sequential and cyclical we can make the value of the output only change when one of the sensors
in the interval selected change state (S1 and S4 for the conveyor and S2 with S3 for the laser).
The second conveyor has a similar reasoning in this case with the S3 and S1 sensors, but in this case the
possibility of a bad bottle can indicate the conveyor to stop and use the piston. This case can be added by a
negation that only will affect the equation if both the BTS and S4 are true, meaning that the bottle is in bad
condition and is in the right position to be discarded, stopping the conveyor.
The piston and bottle state equation are straight forward because their value depends in a direct manner with
the selector value and the S4 and bottle state value respectively.
