Aoa everyone,

I am your today host ummarah, and I would like to welcome you all here especially our very
own respected guests.

I feel so pleased to announce the presence of our chief guest, prof.dr nasir Afzal. Thankyou sir
for being here with us and it’s a privilege to have you sir. On other hand I am contented to
announce the presence of our faculty members who always show commitment to their passion
and work.

So today is day we all have a chance to appreciate the efforts of those who had bring UOL at that
maximum level. It wasn’t an easy journey and it takes all of your best to make something good
and bigger.

It will be truly justice if I say on behalf of respected faculty members that prof dr.nasir Afzal
had played role of strong foundation to UOL. His determination and countless efforts increased
the significance of our institution, where it’s growing day by day in every field of it. Sir we are
so sure if we have YOU, we can just not provide best educational services in Pakistan but also if
we work together under you we can take it to international level.

It is so right that a strong foundation has it best roots, so as we have our very firm roots full of
potential in shape of our faculty, administrative and academic staff. Who works really hard under
supervision of prof,dr . nasir Afzal.

Moving forward, as we are celebrating this event and it couldn’t be able to happen so gracefully
without our head of department Dr shafiq Hussain and dr hafiz tariq Masood who recently joined
physics department. Since I am here from 4 years I have many sentimental belonging to this
institution, I would like to add that dr shafiq has its very fundamental role after dr rana asif. He
managed everything so tactfully within the department and out. As we are celebrating physics
night, I would like to thanks dr shafiq Hussain for everything he has done previously and dr hafiz
tariq for his contribution.

Now as you all are here, we will like hear words from our very prestigious honorable guest “the
vice chancellor of UOL. I would to call you upon stage sir, please have few words with us,
