12:00am Sleeping Relaxed 6 hours High – I need a
good night’s sleep in
order to properly
function and
complete the rest of
my daily tasks.
6:00am Shower Energized 15 minutes Medium – Helps
wake me up.
6:15am Blow Dry Hair Bored 15 minutes Low – Not an
important task, can
be skipped if I don’t
have time. I dislike
blow drying my hair I
find it very
uninteresting.
6:30am Drive to Work Calm 30 minutes Medium – It is
important that I am
not late for work. I
like driving to work
and listening to my
music it is a
soothing activity for
me and helps me
start my shift happy
and relaxed.
7:00am Work Accomplished 4hr45minutes High – I love my job
and working makes
me feel a strong

sense of
accomplishment.
This job is important
to me because it
helps prepare me
for an office setting.
11:45am Lunch Break Satisfied 30 minutes Medium – Having
my lunch break
gives me time to
unwind from work
and have something
to eat to fuel me for
the rest of my shift.
12:15pm Work Frustrated 3hr15minutes High – The last half
of my shift is always
very busy with
clients calling in. I
had a lot of angry
customers and left
work feeling very
frustrated. This is
still very important
as I learn the skills
needed to deal with
upset customers.
3:30pm Drive Home From Work Annoyed 45 minutes Medium – The drive
home from work is
one of my least
favourite times of
my day. Driving in
rush hour traffic
makes me very
aggravated.

4:15pm Clean Lunch Dishes Orderly 15 minutes Medium – When I
get home from work
the first thing I
always do is clean
my tupperware from
my lunch to make
sure I can use it the
following day. This
is important as the
next thing I do is
make my lunch.
4:30pm Make Lunch for Next Day Productive 15 minutes Medium – I like to
make my lunch as
soon as I get home
so that it is out of
the way and I won’t
have to rush doing it
the next morning or
later that evening
when I finally get
some free time.
4:45pm Make Dinner Hungry 1 hour High – By this time I
am usually very
hungry and in need
of a meal to
continue on with my
night. I made
spaghetti and
meatballs with a
homemade meat
sauce.
5:45pm Clean Dinner Dishes Tired 15 minutes Low – I am starting
to feel tired and

ready to sit down
and relax after a
busy day at work.
The dishes could be
done at a later time
or even tomorrow
but I want
everything to be
clean before I relax
for the night.
6:00pm Took Sociology Quiz Proud 15 minutes High – I took my first
quiz in my Sociology
course and got 14
out of 15. I feel
proud and hopeful
for how the rest of
this course is going
to go. This is very
important as I want
to keep up with
school and do the
best that I can.
6:15pm Watched Netflix With Sister Lazy 3 hours Low – I am feeling
extremely lazy and
unmotivated. I spent
three hours
watching one of my
favourite shows
Animal Kingdom.
This did not help me
accomplish any of
my goals and was
not time well spent

but is needed to
unwind from a
stressful day.
9:15pm Shower Fatigued 15 minutes Low – At the end of
the day I always
have a hot shower
to help me relax and
get ready for bed.
This is not
necessarily a high
priority task as I
have already
showered earlier in
the day but did a
second time to calm
me down.
9:30pm Go to Bed Drained 2hr30minutes High – It is very hard
for me to function if I
do not get enough
sleep. I try and
always make sure I
can get at least 8
hours. I was feeling
very tired after my
day and decided to
go to bed a bit
earlier than usual in
hopes that I wouldn’t
be as tired the
following day.
