Subject: Election of new sets of CYAA Local officers

Good day!

It has come to my attention that the local CYAA officers especially the
Presidents during CYAA activities were not fully functioning and recognized due to
lack of identification to them.

Hence, according to the Constitution and By Laws of the Christian Youth

Ambassadors Association Article IV, Section 4 that the “local chapter president shall
automatically be the member of the board and are part in all the decision making of
the board”

With this matter, I am pleased to require you to elect the following new set of
CYAA Local officers for the year 2019 – 2020.
 President
 Vice President
 Secretary
 Treasurer
 P.I.O.
 Business Manager

This is to inform also that after choosing these deserving people, they will
exercise their responsibilities in every CYAA activities.

I am hoping that you will follow and support us through this letter. I look
