INITIATING DEVICE ALARM TEST (FDAS)

CHECKLIST

PROJECT: Upgrade of FDAS System at Petron Polypropylene Plant

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Simulate an Alarm Condition by performing the following:
A. Activate the smoke detector with the use of smoke aerosol.
B. Activate the Manual Pull Station by pulling the lever and resetting with the key.
C. Short the wires terminated to the Pressure Switch from the interface module.
2. Check if Alarm indicator comes out on the Fire Alarm Panel.
3. Read on the LCD Display if the correct device/module address was displayed.
4. Check if the correct custom message is displayed.
