Step 1
Login to web address
https://easyconnect.renault.com

Click on United Kingdom

(located on left under Europe column)

Step 2
Click on Load More
(located on top red bar on right corner)

Step 3
Go to Carminat TomTom
Click on CARMINAT TOMTOM
UPGRADE

Step 4
Watch the video and follow the
steps to update the software
using SD card.

Insert the updated SD card into

the navigation system, confirm
installation with YES.
