Dear Mr. Hintz:

I want to say thank you for the opportunity to develop my skills

as a physical therapist assistant in your clinic. I am extremely
excited to be out learning and acquiring the many traits needed
for exceptional care of each patient I encounter.

The Laurels holds a special place in my heart. My grandfather

lived in The Laurels of Hudsonville repeatedly as he fought bone

cancer. From my interaction with him during his time there, he
received extraordinary care which allowed him to live the most
functional life possible. I see myself having the skill set to make

currently work as a physical therapy aide in Grand Rapids which
has allowed me to build the foundation for patient care. I have
knowledge in patient assessment, orthopedic interventions,
Student Physical cardiopulmonary interventions, and therapeutic exercises. I
look forward to my time at Sandy Creek and I hope to hear from
Therapist Assistant you soon.
