Note to Students: This is an example survey that could be used in the design process for an electric-powered
personal vehicle. The purpose of this survey is to assess consumer response to several alternate foldable body
designs. This survey would accompany visual representations of the concepts (such as sketches, photos,
renderings, and/or physical models) and a detailed description of each.
We are gathering information for a new green roofing product, a green roof filtration system
that can collect the roof runoff from the soil and filter out the water and pesticides/other
chemicals from the runoff and then collect them in two separate holding tanks.
