Project Title: “Smart green city infrastructure development projects” in Middle East
and Africa

1. BACKGROUND

Global Green Growth Institute/GGGI/ issues this Request for Information for the purpose of identifying
advisory firms capable of conducting feasibility study of smart green city infrastructure development
projects in Middle East and Africa.

The projects under consideration will have an urban focus in the following sectors

o Renewable energy
o Energy Efficiency
o Green industrial zone development.
o Secondary city development.
o Urban livelihood improvement.
o Waste management solutions.
o Industrial scale waste to energy
o E-mobility & green transportation
o Smart water solutions

Information provided will assist the Global Green Growth Institute in understanding the current state of
the marketplace, industry players capabilities and experiences.

The market research is not competition. The information submitted will be used only to improve the
Global Green Growth Institute’s knowledge of private industry’s capabilities. No evaluation of
