Hogwarts school

of witchcraft and
wizardry
History
Before the revolution started in Hogwarts everyone
was happy and there was peace. When Professor
Dolores Umbridge came she started making rules
that were unfair. She didn’t ask or let anyone
disagree on the rules she made. For example, she
didn’t want to teach the students magic because
she believed they didn’t need magic to survive .
Since they had no say of the new rules, they
rebelled.
Government
In my government the citizens/students will be able
to vote on the laws and rules. There will not be a
king or queen, but there will be a small group of
people to make sure that everything is in order. By
allowing the citizen/students to vote for the rules
they’ll all have equal rights and it’ll be more fair for
everyone.
Bill of Rights
1. Can vote without getting in trouble with
2. They don’t have to like Professor
Umbridge
3. Able to use magic in and out of school
grounds. Only if in danger.
4. Can make their own army only to protect
themselves from Voldemort and any
other dangers.
Inspiration
This revolution is similar to other revolutions
because Dolores didn’t care for other people’s
opinions. Just like how the king or queen in the
absolute monarchy would make rules without
asking the citizens.
