PROCEDURE OF COUPLING INSTALLATION

1.Clean the shaft by using sand paper

2.Remove the bolt from the motor with using spanner.

3.Install the sample coupling on both shaft .

4.Tighten the sample coupling by using Allen key to determine the missalignment.
5.Loosen key hole on both side of the clamp.

6. After sample coupling had been removed, install elastomeric shear .

7.Tighten elastomeric shear by using Allen key

8.Loosen the both side of the bolt and then tighten it by using hand only.
9.Install the laser shaft alignment on both shaft make sure as ‘S’ symbol on static shaft
(Pump) and symbol ‘M’ on move shaft(Motor).

10.Equip the chain on the both shaft v-bracket and install at the both shaft.
11.Tighten the chain to fix it to the shaft to enable it move when shaft v-brackets is fixed.

12.Turn on the switch on the measurable unit

13.Setting the laser to make sure the both side is aligned

14.Setting the Display unit by set the date and time.

15.Measure the length of several order according to display unit .

16. Follow the instructions given by the display unit.

17.The result is show as the above.

18.The display unit shows that corrections need to be made.

19. The metal is entered under the motor and fix the motor position to correct the alignment.
20.The display unit shows the result after the correction has been made.
