The manual demonstrates the process of viewing, downloading, saving and

printing E-Mediclaim card along with Insurance Top-Up (if any), which is
currently available in the BERP portal for staff members and his dependents.

STEP – 1:

The BERP application is required to be accessed by providing the URL


(mentioned below) in the address bar of the web browser. Once the login page
appears (as given in the below diagram), user needs to click on the 'Login'
button, which is located at the upper right hand corner of the screen.

STEP – 2:
After clicking at the 'Login' button, user has to key in the bERP login
credentials against the Username and Password field, and then has to switch
to the 'HR Portal'. The user, then has to click on the 'Log In' tab.

STEP – 3:

The homepage of 'HR Portal' will appear, where the user has to select the
'Insurance' tab and then has to click on the option 'Mediclaim E-card'.
STEP – 4:

The mediclaim E-card will appear, where the user has the access to view,
rotate image, download and print if necessary. User can exit the screen, by
clicking the 'x' option to go back to the homepage of 'HR Portal'.

STEP – 5:

In the homepage of 'HR Portal', there is another option under the 'Insurance'
tab where the user can select 'Top Up E-Card' (if staff has opted for this facility)
STEP – 6:

The Top-Up card (if opted) will appear, where the user has the access to view,
rotate image, download and print if necessary. User can exit the screen, by
clicking the 'x' option to go back to the homepage of 'HR Portal'.
