BOX CRICKET

RULES:

● Number of players per team- 8


Playing- 6
Substitutes- 2
● Number of overs- 6

Bowling:

● Minimum bowlers- 3
● Only 1 bowler can bowl 3 overs.
● Bowler can only take 2 steps while bowling.

Wicket:

● Bowled
● Run-out
● Stumping
● Catch-out
● Direct hit outside the box
● One bounce one hand catch

❖ Rules regarding runs and boundaries will be stated at the field itself.
❖ NO LBW
❖ A player can only be substituted while fielding.
❖ UMPIRE’S DECISION WILL BE FINAL.

CRICKET
Rules:

● Number of players per team- 15


Playing - 11
Substitute - 4
● Number of overs- 8 [First 2 overs powerplay]
● Leg byes and byes are allowed.

Bowling:

● Minimum 4 bowlers to be used


● Only 1 bowler allowed to bowl 3 overs and other 2 bowlers allowed to bowl 2 overs
each.

Wicket:

● Bowled
● Run-out
● Stumping
● Catch-out
● Hit-wicket

Run scoring:

● 1 run will be awarded for wide and no-ball


● Free-hit for no-ball

 A player can only be substituted only at the time of fielding.


 UMPIRE’S DECISION WILL BE FINAL

BASKETBALL
➢ 10-min quarter (stopping time)
➢ Rest all rules are as per the Basketball Federation of India

➢ Three sets of 15 each, per match


➢ Rotation is applicable
➢ Rest all rules are standard

CHESS
● System of play: The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE laws of chess and
FIDE swiss system.
● Rounds: Depends on number of participants
● Time control: 60 minutes each
● Tie Break: In case of tie, the latest FIDE rules shall come into effect.
